Returns & Exchanges

* We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
* The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
* Products showing signs of use, damage, scratches, or alteration may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
* For hygiene and quality reasons, worn or damaged products cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

* Refunds are issued for the product price only.
* Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong or defective product was sent by Wear Rituals.
* Refunds will be processed through the agreed payment method after the returned item has been received and approved.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

* Your order number
* Reason for the return
* Clear photos/videos of the product, if applicable
